Spaghetti Squash with Basil and Olives

 Ingredients:

	1/2 large spaghetti squash, cooked, separated into strands
	1/3 cup minced onion
	1 clove garlic
	1/2 can diced tomatoes, including juice
	1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
	1/2 cup grated Parmesan
	2 tablespoons pinenuts
	1/2 cup sliced black olives

Instructions:
	Combine all ingredients except squash and pinenuts. Stir into prepared, hot squash. Sprinkle with pine nuts.

Notes: This could be a great vegetarian main dish

Makes 4 large servings
