Ingredients:
2 cups raw diced potatoes 1/2 cup diced leek bottoms 1/2 cup flour 2 cups heavy cream or half and half 1 Tbsp chopped onions 2 Tbsp butter 1 tsp parsley 6 cups chicken stock 1 salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Saute onions in butter Add flour, mmix well Add 3 cups chicken broth Simmer slowly In another pot,put 3 cups broth, potatoes and leeks Bring to a boil, simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender Mix both pots together and then add cream, salt and pepper and parsley
