Ingredients:
4 pound chuck roast 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup Instructions: Place 30x18 inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil in baking pan, 9x13. Place meat on foil. Sprinkle soup mix over meat and spread with mushroom soup. Fold foil over meat and seal securely. Cook in 300' oven 4 hours.
