Shrimp with Spaghetti

 Ingredients:

	3 cloves garlic
	1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
	1/2 pound raw shrimp, tail off
	1/4 cup apple juice
	2 teaspoons cornstarch
	2/3 cups chicken broth
	3 oz uncooked linguine, cooked and kept hot
	2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
	1 tablespoon fresh basil, sliced

Instructions:
	Saute garlic. Add shrimp and oregano. Cook about 3 minutes. Add juice and simmer about 1 minute.
	Dissolve cornstarch in chicken broth; add to skillet and simmer 2 minutes, until thick.
	Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with parsley and basil.
