Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 med onions sliced
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 can (28oz) tomatoes or 16 oz tomato sauce
1/4 pound prosciutto cut into thin strips
1/4 cup grape juice
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried rosemary crushed
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pound uncooked mostaccioli or "ziti"
Parmesan chees
Instructions:
Brown beef, onions, garlic,
Stir in remaining ingredients except past or cheese
Cover and simmer 15 minutes
Uncover and simmer 1 hour
Cook pasta
Serve with sauce and cheese
