Ingredients:
1 teaspoon oil 2 tablespoons chopped onion 1/2 clove garlic 8 oz tomato sauce 1 1/3 cups water 3/4 teaspoon parsley, dried 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 can (1 1/2 cups) navy or cannelini beans 4 teaspoons Parmesan cheese 2 oz small pasta Instructions: Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients except pasta. Simmer one hour. Cook pasta, add to soup.
