Ingredients:
1 cup raisins 1 cup walnuts 1 tsp butter, melted 1 cup persimmon 1/4 cup milk 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1 dash ginger 1 dash allspice Instructions: Beat together butter, persimmon, milk, sugar and egg Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and soda, cinnamon, ginger and allspice Mix raisins and nuts Bake in ungreased loaf pan at 325 for 1 hour
