Smoked Salmon Fried Rice

 Ingredients:

	1/2 cup raw rice
	1 cup water
	1 1/2 tablespoons oil
	1/2 onion, finely chopped
	3 oz smoked salmon, chopped
	1 egg, beaten
	1 green onion
	1/2 cup frozen peas

Instructions:
	Cook rice in water. Heat 1/2 of oil, fry scrambled egg; cut into small pieces and set aside. Heat remaining oil in same pan. Saute onions; add salmon, peas,and rice. Cook until heated through. Gently stir in egg.
