Peanut Butter Pie

 Ingredients:

	1 baked pie shell
	1 cup powdered sugar
	1/2 cup peanut butter
	1/4 cup cornstarch
	2 cup reconstituted powdered milk
	2/3 cup sugar
	1/4 tsp vanilla
	2 Tbsp butter
	1/4 tsp salt
	3 egg yolks beaten

Instructions:
	Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter till crumbly
	Add 1/2 of mixture to bottom of pie shell
	Mix other 7 ingredients in blender
	Pour into saucepan and cook over med heat, stirring constantly until thick
	Pour into pie shell
	Cool
	top with cool whip and sprinkle on remaining peanut butter mixture
	Chill
