Ingredients:
1 cup steel cut oats
3 1/2 cups water
1 cup peeled chopped apple (or applesauce)
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Spray crock with Pam. Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
