Part One 2 1/2 Tbsp flour 1/2 cup milk 2 1/2 Tbsp sugar Part Two 1/2 cup margarine 1/2 cup Crisco 3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla Instructions: Part One Dombine all ingredients Cook until thick, stirring constantly Refrigerate until very cold Part Two Mix ingredients Beat on high for 5 minutes Then add flour mixture and blend Fill cupcakes when they are cool
