Cream Fondant

 Ingredients:

	2 2/3 cup sugar
	1 cup milk
	2 Tbsp butter
	1/16 to 1/8 tsp cream of tartar

Instructions:
	Bring first three ingredients to boil.
	Add cream of tartar and cok to 237 degrees- stirring constantly
	Cool
	Pour into slab and work
	Store w/damp cloth
	Do not cover until completely cool
	Ripen 2 days
	Will keep for 2 months or longer
