1 3-4 pound chicken cut up 3 slices bacon, chopped 1 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 salt and pepper to taste 1 to 2 cloves garlic crushed 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 tbsp dried rosemary or 1 Tbsp fresh 2 Tbsp tomatoe paste 1/2 cup chicken broth Instructions: Fry bacon and crumble Brown chicken Adda and p and garlic Add wine and rosemary and bacon Cover and cook for 15 minutes Mix tomato paste and chicken broth Add to pan Cover and cood for 30 minutes
