Chicken with Mushrooms and Leeks

 Ingredients:

	1/2 lb chicken breasts
	1/2 teasp paprika
	1/4 tsp salt
	2/3 lb leeks or onions, cut into 1/2" slices
	4 oz sliced mushrooms
	1 carrot, sliced
	1/4 cup chicken broth
	3 teaspoons tapioca
	1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
	2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill

Instructions:
	Sprinkle chicken with paprika and salt. Fry until browned on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker.
	Add vegetables to skillet; cook until they begin to soften. Add to chicken
	Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low 8-10 hours, or on high 4-5 hours.

Notes: Don't overcook
