Beat 'N Eat Frosting

 Ingredients:

	1 egg white
	1/4 tsp cream of tartar
	3/4 cup granulated or powdered sugar
	1 tsp vanilla
	1/4 cup boiling water

Instructions:
	Mix ingredients then add boiling water
	Beat until stiff
