Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup flour 1 cup chicken broth 2 tablespoons apple or orange juice 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 lbs broccoli spears, cooked and drained 5 large slices cooked turkey or chicken 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese Instructions: Make white sauce with butter, flour, broth and juice. Boil one minute. Stir in nutmeg, 1/4 cup cheese, and milk. Place hot broccoli in ungreased 7x11 baking dish. Top with heated turkey slices. Pour sauce over meat. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Broil 3-5 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.
