Ingredients:
2 tsp olive oil 1 pound turkey cutlets 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp coarsey ground black pepper 1/2 cup orange marmelade 2 Tbsp vinegar 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp grated, peeled fresh ginger 1 small navel orange cut into wedges 1 parsley sprig as garnish Instructions: Quickly brown cutlets until they are lightly browned and lose their pink color in the inside Mix spicy mixture Add to cutlets Heat to boiling Garnish with oranges and parsley
