Sirloin Tips Over Rice

Ingredients:
	2 tablespoons oil
	2 pounds sirloin tip, cut into 1 inch cubes (can use stew meat)
	1 can condensed beef consomme
	1/3 cranberry or grape juice
	2 tablespoons soy sauce
	1 clove garlic
	1/4 teaspoon onion salt
	2 tablespoons cornstarch
	1/4 cup water

Instructions:
	Brown meat in oil. Stir in consomme, juice, soy sauce, garlic and onion salt. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1 hour.
	Blend cornstarch and water; stir gradually into meat mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil one minute.
	Serve over rice.
