Peach Crumb Cake

 Ingredients:

	1 1/2 cup flour
	1/2 cup sugar
	1/2 cup margarine
	1 dash salt
	4 cup sliced peaches
	1/2 cup sugar
	2 Tbsp tapioca
	1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:
	Cut together flour sugar, margarine and salt
	Press into 9x9 pan
	Reserve 3/4 cup
	Bake at 425 for 5-10 minutes (light brown)
	Combine peaches, sugar, tapioca and lemon juice
	pour fruit onto crust and bake 20 minutes
	Sprinkle reserved crumble mixture on top and bake 20-25 minutes
	Serve warm
