Round Steak with Rich Gravy

 Ingredients:

	3 lb round steak or sirloin tip, 1 inch thick
	1/3 cup flour
	3 tablespoons oil
	1 envelope dry onion soup mix
	1/2 cup water
	1 can mushroom soup

Instructions:
	Sprinkle half of flour on one side of steak, and pound in. Turn steak over and repeat. Cut meat into 6-8 pieces.
	Brown meat in oil over medium heat, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat. Mix water and soup and pour over meat. Cover tightly; simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
