Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice 1 Qt milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp grated lemon peal 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 cup raisins Instructions: Combine rice, milk, sugar and salt Pour into buttered 1 1/2 qt baking dish Bake 1 hour at 300 Stir occasionally Add lemon, nutmeg and raisins Bake another 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours 2/3 cup of brown sugar may beused in place of granulated 6 servings
