Italian Stuffed Chicken

 Ingredients:

	2 chicken breasts
	spinach leaves
	2 string cheese
	2 strips roasted red pepper
	Italian dressing

Instructions:
	Butterfly chicken. Down the middle, place 4-6 spinach leaves, a strip of red pepper, and a string cheese.
	Roll up, brush with Italian dressing, and grill for 10 minutes.
	Slice and serve
