Primavera with Smoked Gouda

 Ingredients:

	6 oz whole wheat penne
	1 zucchini diced
	1/2 green pepper, diced
	1 carrot, diced
	4 oz mushrooms, sliced
	1 onion, diced
	2 cloves garlic, minced
	8 oz stewed tomatoes, chopped
	1/2 cup chicken broth
	1 tablespoon fresh parsley
	1/4 teaspoon dried basil
	1/3 teaspoon dried oregano
	1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
	1/3 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese

Instructions:
	Boil the pasta & drain.
	Saute all the vegetables in large frying pan. Stir in tomatoes, broth and herbs. Simmer until sauce thickens. Stir in pasta and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes. Top with cheeses before serving.
