Pantry Bean Soup

 Ingredients:

	5 oz beans, any kind, boiled, soaked, and drained
	2 1/2 cups water
	4 tablespoons smokey BBQ sauce
	1 teaspoon oregano
	1/4 teaspoon thyme
	8 oz diced tomatoes
	2/3 cup chopped onion
	2/3 cup chopped celery
	1/2 clove garlic

Instructions:
	Cook beans in water until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
	Or cook in crock pot.

Notes: Dried beans should be boiled for 1-2 minutes, then allowed to soak for 1 hour or overnight.  Cooking liquid should be discarded and beans rinsed before being used in this recipe.
