Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup cold cooked rice 1 cup diced celery 1 dash lemon juice 1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1/2 cup mayonnaise Mandarin oranges peanuts chopped green pepper raisins chopped scallions or toasted coconut Tuna if desired Instructions: Combine rice, celery, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper Toss with mayonnaise Serve with other ingredients
