Ingredients:
10 flour tortillas 2/3 can green chilis 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup 8 oz sour cream 1 cup grated cheese 1 can chicken, flaked, or 2 cups fresh shredded chicken optional: add some sliced olives and diced tomatoes Instructions: mix soup, sour cream, and chilis. Spread small amount in bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix 3/4 of remain mixture with chicken and cheese (and olives and tomatoes). Divide mixture evenly among 10 tortillas. Roll up and place seam side down in pan. Spread reserved soup mixture over the top. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired. Bake at 350' until heated through, about 25 minutes. Serve with additional sour cream and/or salsa.
