Chicken Chimichangas

 Ingredients:

	2 1/8 cups diced or shredded chicken
	1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
	2/3 cup salsa
	1/8 cup sliced green onion
	1 tsp cumin
	t/2 tsp oregano
	1/2 tsp salt
	8 flour tortillas
	1/4 cup melted butter
	1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions:
	In a small saucepan combine the chicken, black beans, salsa, green onion, cumin, oregano and salt
	Simmer for 5 minutes
	This can be refrigerated or frozen until needed
	Fill tortillas with 1/3 cup chicken mixture
	Top with a couple Tsp grated cheese
	Fold tortilla around filling
	Place seam side down on a baking sheet and brush tops with butter
	Bake at 475 for 13 mutes
	Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.
