Ingredients:
3 pounds port roast cubed 1/3 cup olive oil 2 onions, sliced 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/3 cup flour 1 1/4 cup chicken stock 1 1/4 cup apple juice 3/4 tsp basil 3/4 tsp marjoram 3 apples, peeled, cored, sliced 1/3 cup heavy cream Instructions: Brown meat, remove to casserole dish Saute onions and garlic until light brown Add flour Add liquids and cook until thick Add herbs and pour over pork Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour Add 2 apples and bake additional 45 minutes Remove from oven Stir in cream and garnish with remaining apple
