Squash Crumble Casserole

 Ingredients:

	3 cups cubed butternut and/or acorn squash
	1 cup sliced onion
	1 garlic clove, minced
	2 tsp oil
	1/2 tsp allspice
	salt to taste
	Crumb Topping:
	1/4 c Ritz cracker crumbs (about 8)
	1/2 c panko crumbs
	1/4 tsp sage
	1/4 tsp salt
	dash cayenne pepper
	1 T melted butter

Instructions:
	Toss together filling ingredients. Spread in 8x8 pan. Mix together topping ingredients. Sprinkle topping over squash. Bake for 1 hour at 350'
