Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:
	1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
	1 tablespoon water
	1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
	1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
	1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger root, minced
	1/4 teaspoon five-spice powder
	1/2 lb chicken breast
	1 teaspoon olive oil or peanut oil

Instructions:
	Combine sauces and spices.
	Saute chicken. Add soy sauce mixture and cook until sauce thickens and is almost evaporated, about 2 minutes.
	Place on serving platter, and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.

Notes: Serve with Chinese broccoli and quinoa with edimame and red peppers
