Ingredients:
6 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 packages yeast
1 cup milk
3/4 cup water
3 eggs
6 1/2 to 7 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup margarine
Instructions:
In a large bowl mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast
Combine milk, water and margarine in saucepan
Heat to 120-130 degrees
Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed scraping bowl occasionally
Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour
Beat at high speed 2 minutes
Stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough
Knead until smooth and elastic (8-10 minutes)
Place in greased bowl turning grease to top
Cover
Let rise in warm place until double - about 35 minutes
