Sauteed Apples

 Ingredients:

	1 tablespoon butter
	1 large tart apple, peeled, cored, sliced 1/4 inch thick
	1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
	2 tablespoons cold water
	2 tablespoons brown sugar
	1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:
	Melt butter in skillet, add apples. Stir constantly about 6 minutes.
	Dissolve cornstarch in water, add to skillet. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
	Serve warm.
