Ingredients:
1/2 lb. cooked pork tenderloin, chopped 1/2 teaspoon cumin 6 oz sliced fresh mushrooms 1 small onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup salsa 4 small flour tortillas 1/4 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese Instructions: Saute onion and mushrooms. Add pork and cumin. Stir in salsa and heat through. Fill tortillas with pork mixture and top with cheese.
