Ingredients:
2 cup scalded milk 2 Tbsp dry yeast 2 cups cooked mashed pinto beans 2 tsp salt 2 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbsp shortening 6 cups flour Instructions: Pour milk into large bowl and cool to lukewarm Sprinkle yeast over milk and stir until dissolved Add beans, salt, sugar, shortening and about 4 cups flour stir with spoon Add remainder of flour Knead until smooth' Let rise in greased bowl for 1 hour Punch down and let rise until double Divide into 2 parts and shape into loaves Place in pre greased pan, cover and let rise until couble or about 45 minutes Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
