Ingredients:
1/2 pound bacon 1/2 cup diced onion 2 cup chopped cabbage 1 to 2 diced leeks 1 cup diced carrots 2 cup diced zuccini 2 cloves garlic 1 cup peas 2 cup diced tomatoes 2 tsp salt 3 quarts brown stock 1 cup drained kidney beans 1 cup drained pasta Instructions: Saute bacon Saute onion in drippings Add cabbage, leeks, carrots, zucchini, garlic Remove from heat and add peas and tomatoes and salt Combine brown stock, kidney beans and pasta Heat then add vegetables Cook 15 minutes Add salt and pepper Serve with bacon and parmesan
