Jambalaya

 Ingredients:

	6 oz smoked turkey sausage
	1/2 onion, chopped
	1/2 green pepper, chopped
	2 celery ribs, chopped
	2 cloves garlic, chopped
	15 oz diced tomatoes, including juice
	1/2 c uncooked rice
	8 oz chicken broth
	1/4 teasp chili powder
	6 oz precooked shrimp
	4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
	Saute sausage. Saute vegetables. Partially cook rice with about 1/2 of the broth. Combine all ingredients except shrimp and cheese in 9x9 pan. Cover with foil. Bake 35-45 minutes at 375. Remove cover, stir in shrimp and sprinkle cheese over the top. Cook uncovered 5 minutes more.
