Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon yeast 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup milk 1 egg Instructions: Combine milk and water and heat to 120', and add yeast. Combine 2 cups of the flour and all the rest of the ingredients and mix in electric mixer at medium speed for 1 minute. Add yeast mixture. Stir in balance of flour; knead dough. Let rise to double. Form into 15-18 rolls and place in pan to rise. Brush with melted butter just before putting in oven (optional). Bake at 375' for 12-15 minutes.
