Dessert Crepes

 Ingredients:

	1 cup sifted flour
	2 Tbsp sifted flour
	3 eggs, beaten
	1 1/2 cup milk
	1 Tbsp melted butter
	1 1/2 Tbsp Cognac

Instructions:
	Combine flour, sugar and salt
	Beat eggs and milk
	Stir into flour mixture
	Stir in butter and cognac
	Let stand at least 2 hours
	Cook in buttered very small skillet (6"), one Tbsp at a time
	Makes 20-24
