Corn Chowder

 Ingredients:

	1/2 pound bacon, diced
	1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
	1/2 cup chopped celery
	2 tablespoons flour
	4 cups milk
	1 can cream-style corn
	1 1/2 cups diced cooked potatoes
	1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
	Fry bacon; drain. Saute onion and celery in 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings. Blend in flour. Cook over low heat, until mixture is bubbly. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, and boil one minute.
	Stir in corn, potatoes, salt. Heat through. Stir in bacon.
	6 servings (one cup each)
