Coffee Cake

 Ingredients:

	2 Tbsp yeast
	2 cup warm water
	1 tsp salt
	3/4 cup sugar
	1/2 cup melted margarine
	3 eggs beaten
	6 Tbsp dry milk
	6 cups flour

Instructions:
	Stir until smooth
	Let tand until double
	Knead down, adding a little flour
	Roll out to 1/3"
	Spread margarine
	Fold like jelly roll
	Return to bowl and chill 1 hour
	Roll out, spread wth margarine and roll again
	Wrap in wax paper, chill 1 - 24 hours or freeze up to 6 weeks
	Divide in 4 parts
	Rool out to 1/8"
	Make a ring and bake in flat pan at 350 for 25 minutes
	Fillling
	Combine raisins, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon
	OR
	Jam
	Frost with powdered sugar/milk frosting
