Ingredients:
Use 1/3 of sweet dough 2 Tbsp soft butter 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup raisins if desired Instructions: Roll out dough 1/3" thick into oblong shape 8x14 Spread with soft butter Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture Add raisins if desired Roll up tightly - lengthwise to obtain long roll seal edges firmly cut into slices 1" wide Place slices of dough cut side down in well greased pan cover with damp cloth Let rise until double Bake 25-30 minutes at 375 Yields 1 dozen
