Honey White Wheat Bread

Heat

    - 2 cups Water

    - 1/2 cup Honey (or more)

    - 2 T Oil
Soften
    - 2 T of Yeast in 1/2 cup of Warm Water
Mix
    - 3 cups of Whole Wheat Flour
    - 1/2 cup Powdered Milk
    - 1 T Salt
    - 1 t Cinnamon

    Add Honey mixture to Dry Ingredients. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast. Add 3-4 Cups White Flour. Knead until smooth and Elastic. Let it rise until double (1-1 1/2 hours). Form into 2 loaves. Let it rise to the top of the pan, about 2 hours. Bake at 350 Degrees for 45 minutes.
