Apricot Pie

 Ingredients:

	1 cup sugar
	1 1/2 T cornstarch
	1 cup apricots
	2 to 3 Tbsp. tapioca
	3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions:
	Cook sugar, cornstarch and apricots until thick
	Put additional apricots in pie shell
	sprinkle tapioca and sugar over apricots
	Add cooked mixture
	top with pie shell
	Bake 15 minutes at 450 and 45 minutes at 350
